UPDATE 4/11/2024: We are still accepting Eligibility Questionnaires!
This Spring, UBCF will gift queen size therapeutic and restorative mattresses to breast cancer patients and survivors in Warwick, Rhode Island on April 27, 2024. Fellow breast cancer organization, Gloria Gemma Breast Cancer Resource Foundation, is helping spread the word, Warwick Mall is donating the event space, and Good360 assisted with the donation. UBCF is so appreciative of our collaboration with these organizations – it takes a village, and together we are doing great things for the breast cancer community.
People are welcome to apply from anywhere in the United States, however, approved applicants are responsible for picking up items on the day of the event. Items will not be held or shipped. Children 18 or younger living at home with the applicant may qualify for items if they are available.
In order to determine if you are eligible to apply for UBCF’s event, please complete the Eligibility Questionnaire below (this is not an application). You will be notified via email within seven (7) business days regarding the next steps in the application process. Only approved applicants are eligible to receive items at UBCF’s event. Please be on the lookout for correspondence from GIKapplications@ubcf.org.

Once a person is invited to apply, they will be required to include the HIPAA Compliant Authorization (filled out by applicant). Form available to download HERE
Please note, this event is for breast cancer patients and survivors of all genders.
UPDATE 4/11/2024 – At this time all mattresses have been allocated, however, we do have a waitlist, so please apply if you would like to be considered. We may be back in the area later this year. In the event we return, your application will automatically be applied to the future event!
