The United Breast Cancer Foundation celebrates its selection as a beneficiary of the Stop & Shop Community Bag Program for April
Huntington Station, NY (PRWeb)- The United Breast Cancer Foundation is pleased to announce that it has been selected as the beneficiary of the Stop & Shop Community Bag Program for the month of April. The Stop & Shop Community Bag Program facilitates community support with the goal of making a difference in the neighborhoods where shoppers live and work. UBCF was selected by store leadership at the Stop & Shop located at 60 Wall Street location in Huntington, NY.
UBCF will receive a $1 donation every time a reusable Community Bag is purchased in April. Director of Operations Beth Reichart shared, “UBCF is grateful to be selected as a Stop & Shop Community Bag Program beneficiary! We value our community, and this program truly reflects how, when we as individuals do a little here and a little there, things really add up.” Beth continued, “Purchasing a reusable bag makes a lasting impact. You’re helping support breast cancer patients and survivors while making a real difference for the health of our planet Earth, and that’s something we can all stand up for.”
Every donation counts! Funds raised go to support UBCF’s mission and programs. Cynthia, an Individual Grant recipient, had this to say, “It’s wonderful to know that this amazing organization is there to help support people like me while navigating difficult breast health issues. I’m telling everyone to support UBCF in everything they do!”
